*The subsidy of the development cost and the public infrastructures in the industrial area (development fees) are defined in accordance with the different criteria and different industrial areas, and are valid for the construction of a factory according to the subsidy chart which has been defined by the Administration of Industrial Areas in the Ministry of Economy and Industry. The rest of the tariffs have been extracted from other sources.

*All of the tariffs in the calculator are merely estimated and not final, and serve as an ability of the entrepreneur to evaluate the expenses of the factory building process.
